Adrian Sakwa, chair of the Disability Empowerment Network, decried the underrepresentation of persons with disabilities in leadership and decision-making, with only 30% of this group being involved in such processes. He emphasized the need for inclusivity, calling on the government to ensure equitable opportunities and access to essential services for persons with disabilities.
